Health issue on ESX 6.7 regarding non-native i40e and TSO

Issue

There is an issue with the i40e driver that I have preloaded from an earlier HPe install of VMWare. This is currently on a HP DL380 Gen7 server and running VMWare vSphere 6.7.

Uninstalling

To uninstall this driver, log inn to the ESXi server with ssh, and run the following command ’esxcli software vib remove –vibname=net-i40e’, and then you need to reboot the ESXi server.

[root@esx01:~] esxcli software vib remove --vibname=net-i40e
